Pricing and Payment

To start your journey, we offer two options: a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your vision or a full email consultation for detailed insights. If you prefer an on-site visit, there is a nominal fee of $150, which will be credited toward your project if you choose to proceed with our services.

Client Responsibilities

⯈ Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Ishidoro Zen Gardens Inc. harmless from any claims or damages arising from their negligence or failure to follow care instructions.
Liability and Insurance

We are an Alberta pre-paid compliant contractor.
⯈ Liability Limitations
Ishidoro Zen Gardens Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services provided.
⯈ Underground Utilities
We are not liable for damage to unmarked utilities. Clients must ensure that all underground utilities are properly marked before work begins.
⯈ Insurance Notification
Clients should inform their insurance provider of significant landscape changes, and we recommend liability coverage for any significant project alterations.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions. Events qualifying under force majeure include, but are not limited to, floods, earthquakes, and severe storms.
Dispute Resolution
In the most unlikely and unfortunate event of a dispute:
